Any orders from 22/11/22 Until 21/12/22 will enjoy an extended return period until 13th January 2023.
If you have a question about product retuns, exchanges, and refunds, the answer may be here. If you cannot find the information you’re looking for here, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
UK Returns

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse so please ensure the packaging is secure. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. We advise you make sure you are happy with the fit of your product/item before removing any brand labels from the garment. We accept returns for 14 Days for UK customers and 30 days for overseas customers after the order date. Please note returns aren't free and you will need to buy return postage.

It is important you buy a tracked service and send us an email with the tracking number if possible. We may ask for the tracking number to validate your return. Failure to provide us with the return post tracking number may invalidate your return and we may refuse to refund. This is important specially in case of an item lost in transit that you sent back to us for an exchange or refund. If we have not received the item and you cannot provide us with the tracking number, we will not be able to help in finding your parcel or processing an exchange of a refund.

Visit the Hermes Parcel Return website here to buy and print your returns postage label. Select when you’d like your parcel collected, complete the required information. Print off your label and affix it to your parcel

Exchanges - How do I exchange an item for a different size?

If you'd like to exchange for a different size, go to www.menswearr.com/exchanges-menswear to reserve your item in the right size and follow the instructions to return your unwanted size. We can only offer this service for UK orders at present.

How long does it take for a return to be processed?

It can take 5 working days to process a return after we have received your item.. Once we have processed your return we will send you an automated email confirming this. Please then allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear back onto your payment card or into your account.

Returning outside the Returns period

If you return your purchase by post or courier after the periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right to only offer you an exchange for the same value as of your original spend AND NO REFUND. If your purchase needs to be returned to you, you will be charged the delivery fee applicable to the products and your location.

Products you CANNOT return

Due to hygiene reasons Top Hats, Hats and Underwear are excluded from our Returns Policy and cannot be Returned or their purchase Refunded.
Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

International and Non-UK Mainland Returns

Please use your local Post Office to return items back to us at your cost. We recommend that you opt for extra compensation to ensure you are adequately covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit. MENSWEARR cannot be held responsible for any returns parcels lost in the post, therefore keep your receipt as proof of postage.

Returns from the US

To return, take your parcel to
your local post office - we recommend you obtain a proof of postage receipt as MENSWEARR cannot be held responsible for any returned parcels lost in the post.

Returns from Europe

To return your parcel to us at your cost you can visit your local Post Office.
Customers in Germany can visit the Hermes website and use the PaketShop finden to find your local Parcelshop where you can drop off your Return parcel, or you can opt to have a courier collect it from your address.
Customers in Austria can visit the Hermes website and use the PaketShop Suche to find your local Parcelshop where you can drop off your Return parcel.

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us within 3 days of reciept of goods. We will provide you a Returns Authorization Code in order for your to send the item back to us. Please then send the item back to us and we will process a full refund (including the original delivery charge if applicable). Faulty items are checked on receipt and validated.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive the wrong item, please send it back to us and we will refund you or send you the correct item if we still have the product and size in stock.

The image looks different to the product I received

All the images on our website are as accurate as possible to the products. However, due to the differences in screens and systems used by our customers, colours and shades may not be 'exact' to the true product. Please see our Terms and Conditions

Altered or personalised items

Unfortunately we cannot refund/Exchange altered or personalised items. Please ensure that you are truly happy with any product before any alterations are made.

I want to return a part of a multi-buy or I used a promotional discount code?

If your original order was part of a Multibuy or contained a ropmotional discount code then this will be taken into account and the refund price of individual items may differ from the original selling price.

Purchased with a gift card

Items purchased via gift card can only be refunded back onto a gift card. The refund will be processed onto a new gift card which will be posted to you. Products purchsed on a gift card can also be exchanged in accordance with our returns policy.

What if I want to return something that was part of a multi-buy or I used a promotional discount code?

If your original order was part of a Multibuy or contained a promotional discount code then this will be taken into account and the refund price of individual items may differ from the original selling price.

I purchased from your Amazon or Ebay store

Orders purchased from our Amazon or Ebay stores do not qualify for FREE UK returns. Please use Any of the postage services in the UK to return the items to us at your cost. Please make sure you open a return case on eBay or Amazon for our approval and to receive the returns address.

Working days are referred to as Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and UK Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. Non EU destinations may be liable for additional customs and duty charges.

All international shipment charges are quoted per parcel. If your order exceeds the standard parcel size further shipment charges will be due before the order can be shipped. We will contact you with any additional shipment charges due. Our prices include VAT and VAT is not reclaimable.
