The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse so please ensure the packaging is secure. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. We advise you make sure you are happy with the fit of your product/item before removing any brand labels from the garment. We accept returns for 14 Days for UK customers and 30 days for overseas customers after the order date. Please note returns aren't free and you will need to buy return postage.
It is important you buy a tracked service and send us an email with the tracking number if possible. We may ask for the tracking number to validate your return. Failure to provide us with the return post tracking number may invalidate your return and we may refuse to refund. This is important specially in case of an item lost in transit that you sent back to us for an exchange or refund. If we have not received the item and you cannot provide us with the tracking number, we will not be able to help in finding your parcel or processing an exchange of a refund.
