If this is not possible your shipment will be held for 5 days and a delivery card left advising how you can collect your parcel from your local depot.
You will receive an email with tracking information so you can track your order to your door.
Working days are referred to as Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and UK Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. Non EU destinations may be liable for additional customs and duty charges.
All international shipment charges are quoted per parcel. If your order exceeds the standard parcel size further shipment charges will be due before the order can be shipped. We will contact you with any additional shipment charges due. Our prices include VAT and VAT is not reclaimable.
