The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse
so please ensure the packaging is secure. All goods will be
inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be
sent back to you. We advise you make sure you are happy with the
fit of your product/item before removing any brand labels from the
garment. We accept returns for 14 Days for UK customers and 30 days for overseas customers after the order date.
It is important you buy a tracked service and send us an email with the tracking number if possible. We may ask for the tracking number to validate your return. Failure to provide us with the return post tracking number may invalidate your return and we may refuse to refund. This is important specially in case of an item lost in transit that you sent back to us for an exchange or refund. If we have not recieved the item and you cannot provide us with the tracking number, we will not be able to help in fining your parcel or processing an exchange of a refund.

- select when you’d like your parcel collected
- complete the required information
- print off your label and affix it to your parcel

Customers in Germany can visit the Hermes website and use the PaketShop finden to find your local Parcelshop where you can drop off your Return parcel, or you can opt to have a courier collect it from your address.
Customers in Austria can visit the Hermes website and use the PaketShop Suche to find your local
Parcelshop where you can drop off your Return parcel.
We will provide you a Returns Authorization Code in order for your to send the item back to us. Please then send the item back to us and we will process a full refund (including the original delivery charge if applicable).
Faulty items are checked on receipt and validated.
Working days are referred to as Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and UK Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. Non EU destinations may be liable for additional customs and duty charges.
All international shipment charges are quoted per parcel. If your order exceeds the standard parcel size further shipment charges will be due before the order can be shipped. We will contact you with any additional shipment charges due. Our prices include VAT and VAT is not reclaimable.
