Ordered 2 pairs - size 8 and 9 - just to be sure. Arrived quickly but packaging twice the size of the two boxes so was crushed on arrival - but no damage to shoes. Beautiful shoes but neither size fitted properly so returned on May 19th. Tracking info from Royal Mail says that nobody was in to take delivery and return was delivered next door.
As of today. June 1st, no contact and no money repaid into my account.
In summary, excellent quality shoes, not so good customer service.
